- This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational purposes only. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotations (RFQ)) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.� As part of continuing market research and a follow-on to the previous USCG Command Center Display System RFI (posted 9 June 2022, 70Z0G323RFI-CCDS), the US Coast Guard is requesting interested Industry parties to provide a Demonstration highlighting their video wall display systems at no cost to the Government.� Purpose:�� The purpose/goal of these Demonstrations is to supplement the Government�s market research. There will be an opportunity for industry to demonstrate new capabilities that the US Coast Guard has not previously considered to support a generic mission with the provided use case. The Government does not intend to pay for information received in response to this RFI.� Responders to this invitation are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. This RFI will be the basis for collecting information on capabilities available. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. Proprietary information and trade secrets will be handled accordingly.� Location:�� Virtual. To reduce logistical constraints based on the number of responses from the previously posted RFI, the Government has elected to conduct Demonstrations virtually via MS Teams, the government will provide the link. For these efforts, no Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) equipment will be provided and it is expected that Industry provide a live or recorded video component) for video wall demonstrations as well as the briefing component.�� Details on your specific Demonstration (date, time, virtual links, etc.) will be communicated individually after the Government has collected and reviewed all responses.�� While the Government is making accommodations to witness as many Demonstrations as possible, the Government may elect not to witness your Demonstration.�� Please see attached instructions for registering and participating in this no cost, no fee event.�
