- The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation, W56HZV-22-Q-0052, intended to result in the award of a one-time buy, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with 100% option for the following requirement: ���� Noun: Accumulator, Hydraulic ���� NSN:� 2590-00-127-2921 ���� Preferred Part Numbers: AB10B3U1A1, 11640231, 800733 or 2.5-100-2 � � �Quantity: 6 EA with 100% option available� ���� Level of Preservation / Level of Packing: Military / B ���� Inspection / Acceptance / FOB Point: Origin / Origin / Destination **AMENDMENT 0003 to SOLICITATION W56HZV-22-Q-0052 updates the solicitation response to Monday 07 November 2022 at 4:30pm EST. Acknowledgement on page 2 of the original solicitation document is required** **AMENDMENT 0001 to SOLICITATION W56HZV-22-Q-0052 updates solicitation response period to Friday 16 September 2022 at 5:00pm EST. Acknowledgement on page 2 of the solicitation document is required** Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive and limited to U.S.A. Government Agencies and their contractors. For proposal to be considered, please review the solicitation in its entirety and complete all required and applicable sections before submission. All Proposals must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist, bethany.g.brown6.civ@army.mil and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W56HZV-22-Q-0052 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. NOTE: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
