Description

This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bid (IFB), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Y1PZ, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $39,500,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Maelani Ellison, maelani.t.ellison@usace.army.mil.� Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes the repair of the Moss Landing north and south jetties, the replacement of two danger signs, two project signs, two aids to navigation and removal of timber piles. The jetties are located near the entrance to the Moss Landing Channel approximately 95 miles south of San Francisco. Damages to each jetty include displacement of existing armor stones. Damaged areas on the jetty with displaced armor stones must be reset using the existing armor stones on site or supplemented with new armor stones. ALL BIDS will be due on November 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM PST. The date and time are identified in the solicitation. Public bid opening will be held via WebEx November 30, 2022 at 1:30 PM PST. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from this site will require prior registration in SAM.gov. For further information, please click on the Sam.Gov homepage link, Vendor User Guide. The only plan holders/bidders list is available via SAM.gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into SAM.gov.
