Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Cable TV Service for VA North Texas Health Care System in accordance with the Statement of Work. Proposed PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base year: 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2023. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3:00 PM Central Time (CT), November 7, 2022. Please list Technical Questions 36C25722Q1182 - NTX Cable TV Service in the subject line of the e-mail and send to Jose Campa, Contract Specialist, at Jose.Campa@va.gov . Please include in your questions the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing.
