Description

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Office of Acquisitions (OA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Becton, Dickinson and Company (Biosciences Division) at 2350 Qume Drive, San Jose CA 95131, for the acquisition of a maintenance, software upgrade, and repair agreement for Becton Dickinson Flow Cytometers. Services can only be acquired from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and only the manufacturer is authorized to perform maintenance services or repairs. No third parties have been authorized by Becton, Dickinson and Company to provide services on Becton Dickinson Flow Cytometers. In addition, only Becton, Dickinson and Company can provide the highly unique, specialized replacement parts and software upgrades that are required for maintenance and repair of the equipment.
