Ft. (ABOA): 8,664 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,097 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 17 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: ? 1st floor space desired due to heavy high density filing system. ? 10�6� ceilings required to accommodate high density filing system. ? Extended normal office hours from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm weekdays. ? 30 parking spaces needed nearby, but not included in lease. ? Not within 1,000 feet of church, school, homeless shelter, public transportation hub, consulate, bail/bondsman, homeless encampments, library, police department, criminal court, Health and Human Services. ?
