Description: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has an urgent requirement for phone services to be used by agency staff (Local Hires) in support of Hurricane Fiona disaster response activities throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Due to damages sustained during current weather events such as Hurricane Maria, intermittent earthquakes, and numerous floodings, now Fiona, FEMA has an urgent need that requires additional phones and services to augment current surge forces and CORE staff.
