- Notice of Intent to Sole Source to�Info Tech Research Group The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Info Tech Research Group, 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV, 89169. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Contractor is the only known responsible source who can provide the services for the requirement listed below. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the NIH anticipates issuing a purchase order for IT Research and Advisory services.� This is a supplemental service to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Director of the Office of Innovation and Information Technology, Office of Research Services.� The service offers personalized one-on-one CIO counselor membership support services, dedicated working sessions, concierge services, consulting engagements designed to be delivered online or onsite, and industry research in price benchmarking and negotiation services.� Info Tech Research Group offers online workshops, and a reference membership to access core research content project blueprints, Info Tech Academy, software selection content, tools, and a templates library.� �The unique and comprehensive support services, analytics, surveys, business case templates and other hands-on tools provided by Info-Tech are not currently offered by other vendors. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, any party that believes it can fulfill the requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly describes their services and products they which to be considered.� A determination by the Government to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that an award will be issued within approximately five (5) days after�the date of this notice unless the Government determines that another organization�has the capability to meet this requirement.
