- SYNOPSIS The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Headlamps at West Point, NY. The Delivery Date is for 15 March 2023. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 335139 � Electric Lamp Bulb and Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing, size standard is 1,250 Employees and FSC of 6230. In order to be eligible for award, the business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Sam.Gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. The solicitation for the Headlamps, W911SD-23-R-0004, will be issued in electronic format only on or about November 2, 2022 and will be available on the Unison Marketplace at:� https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. It is the Offeror�s responsibility to check the Unison Marketplace at: https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com provided as necessary for any posted changes to this Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0004 for the Headlamps and all amendments. Solicitations (Quotes), samples, and any additional required documents must be submitted and uploaded into the Unison Marketplace on or before the closing date noted in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government.
