- Great Smoky Mountains National Park INSTALLATION OF ROADSIDE BOLLARDS Purpose of amendment 0002 is to provide responses from vendor questions #11-#12. Purpose of amendment 0001 is to provide responses from vendor questions #1-#7. This is a Solicitaion for the National Park Services (NPS) The Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM) The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, services, and materials required to complete job. Firm-Fixed Price Construction This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. This Solicitaion # 140P5322R0027 will be posted 45 days.
