Description

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, sections 1708 and 1708(c)(4), and FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) � Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services to Harris Corporation, located at 221 Jefferson Ridge Parkway, Lynchburg, VA 24501.� The performance requirements may be found in the attached PWS, titled �PWS for Ft. Riley LMR Maintenance Support.�� The contract will consist of a 12-month base period beginning 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, four 12-month options in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and the 6-month (not to exceed) Option to Extend Services in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8.� This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.� All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only.� The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.� Any responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that they are capable of performing these services without any compromise to existing warranties.� All responsible sources may submit capabilities which reflect the responsible source has the capabilities to complete this requirement as a whole.� This requirement will not be split apart and will be awarded as a complete requirement.� Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received.� Interested parties may express their capability to perform these services in full no later than 04 November 2022, 9:00 am, Pacific Standard Time.� Responses should be addressed to walter.l.carbajal.civ@army.mil and jessica.l.fields.civ@army.mil.
