The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to perform a firm fixed price contract for procurement of floor care equipment repair services for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz (Philadelphia) VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. DRAFT REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION (NOT COMPREHENSIVE) The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz (Philadelphia) VA Medical Center (CMJCVAMC) is seeking to procure a contract for floor care equipment repair services. DESCRIPTION The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz (Philadelphia) VA Medical Center (CMJCVAMC), located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104, has a requirement for repair services for floor care equipment. This floor care equipment plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for patients, visitors, and staff. SCOPE The contractor shall provide all labor and parts required to perform repair service on the following equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) standards. The equipment has been inspected and the required repairs are listed below.
