NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� This is not a solicitation or request for offers. �No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored.� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Veeco Process Equipment Inc. �of Saint Paul, Minnesota to furnish: _XX__ See Chart Below Line Item:�1 Description:�500cc Arsenic Valved Cracker, Mark V,�Part #:500V-AS-V Quantity:�1EA Line Item:�2 Description:�CABLE, SF SOURCE, TYPE C, BAKE, 7m,�Part #:1211456-1 Quantity:�1EA Line Item�3 Description:�200cc Mark V Corrosive Valved Cracker,�Part #:200V-V Quantity:�1EA The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333242 with the size standard of 1500 employees.� �The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 6640.
