- ""Sources Sought Synopsis"" The government intends to solicit under FA8251-23-R-0003 for the repair of the following F-16 Advanced Avionics contract.� The items include: Items: Common Central Interface Unit (CCIU), Advanced Color Programmable Display Generator (ACPDG), and Advanced Color Multifunction Display (ACMFD), these units are used in the F-16C/D aircraft.� The contract will be awarded to International Enterprises, Inc (IEI), 108 Allen St. Talladega Al, 35160-1302. CAGE CODE: 50218, PSC CODE: 1290.� IAW FAR 6.302-1, Market research was previously conducted and it has been determined that IEI is the sole source that can meet the Government's requirements.
