- Titlel:� Amendment 0014 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for issuing advisory notifications, extend the date Phase 2 proposals are due, and extend the date past performance questionnaires are due. 1. Phase 1 Advisory Notifications to be issued by November 28, 2022. 2. Offeror�s response to Advisory Down-Select Notifications are due within 72 calendar hours after Phase 1 Advisory Notifications are issued. 3. Phase 2 proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on December 9, 2022. 4. Past Performance Questionnaires are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on December 9, 2022. 5. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing Blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C and return the form when submitting Phase 2 proposals. 6. Except as amended herein, all other provisions, terms, and conditions remain the same.
