**** See Attached for Full Details **** Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced and interested businesses (large and small) to provide professional, technical, analytical and administrative support services on behalf of Defense Office of the Secretary of Defense Office of General Counsel (DoD OGC).� Hereafter, this Sources Sought Notice is referred to as �Notice�. This acquisition is a follow-on to HQ0034-17-F-0416 on contract GS00F092CA, awarded to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).� This notice seeks capability statements to assist the Government in identifying capable firms under NAICS 541690, who have the capability to provide the outlined support and/or services in attached performance work statement. Responses from �all� sources are requested. Other than Small Businesses, Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Businesses, HubZone small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses and Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only and shall NOT be construed as a solicitation, commitment or obligation by the government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. CONFIDENTIALITY: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response.
