- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific requires hull repair and re-coating of two (2) each 28 foot mono-hull dive boats assigned to NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-00271 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-08. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611, Ship Repair; the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� TJ-1 � HRN 2903 Corrosion repair and repainting CLIN 2:� TJ-2 � HRN 2904.Corrosion repair and repainting (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the items in CLINs 1 and 2 per the attached statement of work.� Site visits can be scheduled no later than November 28, 2022 by emailing Shelia.dailey@noaa.gov. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.� Boats are to be picked up from and delivered no later than January 13, 2023 to: NOAA Marine Operations Center � Atlantic 439 West York Street Norfolk, Virginia 23510 (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document. (ix) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
