Description

The Cheyenne River Health Center is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify, --Small or Large Business, Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) as defined in 25 U.S.C � 47, and/or; - Small or Large Business Having an interest in, and the resources, to support a requirement for: �Blood Bank Services Purpose and Objectives: The Cheyenne River Health Center Laboratory Department, permanent staff, provide up to a certain level of expertise for blood bank services.� This service supports those duties by providing the blood component supply by offering higher level testing services that are unavailable at the local level.� The primary purpose of this contract is to provide Blood Units and Blood Components for the Cheyenne River Health Center, 24276 166th Street, Eagle Butte, South Dakota 57625. �See attached Scope of Work This solicitation is a �SOURCES SOUGHT� Only.� This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes.� No formal solicitation document exists at this time.� Your response to this announcement will be treated as information only.� No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information.� �No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort.� Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement.� All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement.� The intended contract period will be for 1 year ARO, with Two(2)-One(1) year options. The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to identify potential offerors capable of Response.�Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm�s ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the services listed above.� Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size, Socioeconomic Category (HUBZONE, 8a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc.),� UEI number, and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number.� All offerors must be registered in the (www.Sam.gov), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future awards.� Any offeror capable of providing this service shall notify the Purchasing Agent by e-mail, by 12/2/2022 at 4:30pm MST.� The NAICS Code is 621991 Blood and Organ Banks.� All information is to be submitted via e-mail to Stephanie.RedElk@ihs.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is�621991 Blood and Organ Banks�and the Classification Code assigned is�Q999 Medical-Other. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
