THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES/PROPOSALS and this is a conducted for MARKET RESEARCH purposes only. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS. Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a single award, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA will have an ordering period of five (5) years from the time of agreement. The purpose of this BPA is to provide law enforcement personnel, security, emergency management support, and special events services for the Pentagon, Raven Rock Mountain Complex, and over one hundred leased facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). PFPA has grown significantly in its mission responsibilities, and the size of its police force. This has increased the need for Law Enforcement Duty Gear Equipment. Over the next five (5) years, PFPA is preparing to provide Law Enforcement Duty Gear Equipment to upwards of 800 law enforcement personnel. The Agency requires customer items to have samples.� The Agency is responsible for providing Law Enforcement Duty Gear Equipment support to new recruits along with providing sustainment Duty Gear Equipment support for current law enforcement personnel and civilians.
