Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District is issuing this Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to determine if requiring the National Dredging Quality Management (DQM) Program for Pipeline Dredges in future projects in the Jacksonville District Area of Responsibility (AOR) historically set-aside for small business and typically completed with cutter-suction dredges will impact small business.� An example copy of the DQM for Pipeline Dredges is attached to this Reques for Information. Who Should Reply: Businesses certified as �small� under NAICS code 237990 Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. Response should include: Company Name Address Point of Contact Phone Number Email Address Website Answers to the following questions: � � � � � � a.� Will requiring DQM for Pipeline Dredges in future projects solicited in the Jacksonville District AOR historically set-aside for small business and typically�completed with cutter-suction dredges affect whether you submit a bid?� If so, why? ���������� b.
