Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole sourced ��surgical Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Southeast Veterinary Neurology, Virginia Beach, VA. Southeast Veterinary Neurology will provide medical treatment and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to Military Working Dog (MWD) Roy. An MRI is most appropriate to determine the possible onset cause of unilateral facial nerve paralysis. ��Due to the severity of paralysis and damage to the working dog, military doctors recommend referral to Southeast Veterinary Neurology to provide specialty level diagnostics and MRI. The solicitation number is W91YTZ23Q0009, and the resulting award will be made on DD Form 1155 (Order For �Supplies or Services).
