Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder has a requirement to clean and maintain the Anderson Irrigation Ditch at the NIST Boulder, CO site. The proposed acquisition is planned for a commercial service, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The proposed acquisition includes a base plus four one-year option periods.� The acquisition will be performed in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The anticipated period of performance for the base year is January 18, 2023 through January 17, 2024. This acquisition is being conducted as a competitive small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 561730, Landscaping Services, and the small business size standard is $8.5 million. The planned procurement will result in a single award as a result of this Request for Quote. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 11/18/2022; the closing date will be established in the solicitation documents.� Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to the primary POC listed below.
