Description
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities to determine the marketplace interest for this requirement from large, small, service-disabled veteran-owned, or 8(a) certified businesses. Any future determinations regarding the procurement strategy are solely the discretion of the Government.This is not a screening information request or request for proposal. Please note, this Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only. The anticipated requirements, estimated contract ceilings, and period of performance are subject to change (at the sole discretion of the Government). Details about the requirement: 1. Scope of Work: Please refer to the attached Scope of Work document 2. Estimated contract ceilings: Between $5B and $10B 3. Contract type: Multiple Award, Firm-Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustments 4. 10 Year Period of Performance General Scope: The Government has requirements for Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) and are anticipating multiple parent contract awards for multiple DOT-wide strategic sourcing contracts administered by the FAA. The products and services included in this SOW include, but are not limited to, COTS software, network infrastructure components (servers, switches, storage arrays, and network devices), personal computing devices (workstations, laptops, tablets, thin clients, notebooks, and similar items), computer peripherals and accessories, audio/visual equipment, and miscellaneous equipment (large screens, touch screens, scanners, projectors, desktop printers, multi-functional devices (MFD), and software to support the above mentioned hardware and cloud based services by various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) that meet the FAA IT community�s requirements. The Contractor(s) will provide technical and professional support services that enable the full lifecycle management of IT assets. The anticipated contracts will NOT include non-COTS software items and software development for COTS items. Any interested vendors must submit a Capabilities Statement, a statement of interest in submitting a future offer when/if a solicitation is issued, and any comments/recommendations on the anticipated requirements or SOW. Capability Statement: All responders should provide a Capability Statement that addresses the following (in order): a. Business Size Classification: Large Business, Small Business, 8(a) Firm, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); For 8(a) firms: Provide copy of SBA 8(a) Certification Form. For SDVOSBs: SDVOSB concerns MUST be verified in the Vendor Information Pages, b. Verification of registration in System for Award Management (SAM) � provide copy of SAM entity record in submission c. Relevant experience on projects/programs of similar size (projects/programs valued at $100M or more) and complexity � NOTE: **No telephone requests or questions will be accepted.** Submissions must be emailed to Russell Rogers at Russell.j.rogers@faa.gov. The electronic submission should be in either Microsoft Word or portable document format (PDF) format. Due to size limitations, any files over 25MB should be submitted in multiple emails. Only one submission per responding firm will be accepted. All communications with the Contracting Officer must be submitted in writing. If you have any questions regarding this Sources Sought, please contact Russell Rogers at Russell.j.rogers@faa.gov. The Contracting Officer will verify receipt of submissions with each responding firm. Submissions will not be returned. Since this is not a screening information request or request for proposal, no results will be issued to the responding firms. No solicitation for these items exists at this time. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on SAM (sam.gov) at a future date. It is the vendor�s responsibility to monitor the website for release of the solicitation. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the sources sought. Any cost associated with submitting a response to this sources sought is solely at the responding vendor�s expense.
