Description
Shock Analysis Engineering Services -- Total Small Business Set Aside --� Send email with cage code and send request for access to documents in SAM.gov to��alan.t.bounds.civ@us.navy.mil for controlled engineering Document Scope: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, FL, (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for non-recurring engineering (NRE) shock analysis and shock mitigation/isolator part recommendation to meet 30G Transit Drop Shock requirements for five (5) identified orientations. Requirements: *See attached Statement of work* The Contractor shall develop a test plan detailing their approach to meet the requirements. (CDRL A001) The Contractor shall provide six (6) degree of freedom (DOF) analysis on their shock isolators, identifying optimal arrangement and positioning of the isolators, recommendation of a product, and system response to each supplied transit drop shock orientation with their modeled system in accordance with the requirements provided in �NSWC PCD VendorAnalysisInfo.pptx� and MIL-STD-810H, Method 516.8 Procedure IV. The contractor shall provide a test report (CDRL A002) as part of their analysis detailing peak acceleration and displacement response for their isolators and payload, measurement of forces experienced within depicted isolators, and their modal response (including their rigid body natural frequencies). Delivery:� The evaluation shall be completed and test report delivered no later 30 days after award.
