RE: 15B41423Q00000001 Subsistence/Spice/Meat/Kosher � 2nd Quarter- FY23 Attached is the Solicitation to provide Fiscal Year 2023 � 2nd Quarter Subsistence/Spice/Meat/Kosher Products for the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners. All quotations are due by Wednesday, December 7, 2022, 1:00 p.m., Central Time. ALL VENDORS SHALL CAREFULLY READ THIS SOLICITATION PACKAGE AND ENSURE ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND INFORMATION PROVIDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY EXCLUDE YOU FROM COMPETITION. 1)Complete blocks 12, 17, 30a, and 30b, on the Standard Form 1449Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items. 2)This solicitation includes all line items. Please provide pricing beginning on page 4 for eachline item that has a requested quantity of one or more for this quarter. 3)Provide case qty/weight and type where requested or if different than what is listed for eachline item for evaluation purposes. 4)Sign and return the Delivery Information form attached to this solicitation with your quote. 5)Provide your Duns and Bradstreet number in block 17a. 6)Before providing a quote, ensure you can adhere to the delivery schedule and meetall specification requirements of the solicitation package if award is made. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Jason Graffi Procurement and Property Specialist email: jgraffi@bop.gov The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to issue a solicitation 15B41423Q00000001 for the requirements of Quarterly Subsistence/Spices/Kosher/Meat.� The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the solicitation.� Estimated delivery date will be on or about, January 16, 2023.� Deliveries will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807.� The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards.� The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999.� The solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a firm-fixed price contract.� The Government will award to the responsible contractor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and past performance per FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).� The solicitation will be available on or about/after November 23, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.� The site provides downloading instructions.
