Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract to LifeLine Software Inc. located at 161 Commerce RD Unit 3 Boytnon Beach, FL 33426 for a base period of one-year and four one-year option provisions, starting on 11 January 2023. � This requirement is to provide the annual subscription for RadCalc QA software package. It is noted that Rad Calc is the only TRM approved software to satisfy the requirements of the Government in support of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare Systems Radiation Therapy. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may given written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address. Responses must also include the following information: Business name, address, Point of Contact, and Business size. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier of the items. Response received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are due by Tuesday, 06 December 2022 at 12:00 PM (EST). No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Responses shall be submitted via email to Christine.Shockley@va.gov. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 513210 and the standard size is $41.5.
