Pre-Solicitation Notice for Invasive Surgical Implants and Products The U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a BPA Call for Allergan Natrelle Breast Tissue Inspire Implants, Sizers / Expanders, Allo-Derm; Allograft Tissue Products for Madigan Army Medical Center, Washington. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal, a solicitation will be issued. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent, Ms. Ruby Mejias, ruby.m.mejias.civ@health.mil.
