- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and�planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a�commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.��Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified,�experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought.��Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to�provide preventive maintenance services at Letterkenny Army Depot. Work will consist of�providing preventative maintenance and repairs on government owned baler equipment as per�the attached draft Performance Work Statement. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code�is 811310 �Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and�Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $7.5M. If your firm is�capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to David Serotkin, david.t.serotkin.civ@army.mil �by December 14, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. POC phone�number is 717-267-5372. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and�email address. (2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.). (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government�contracts. (4) GSA contract number if applicable. In addition, past performance information and capability statement shall be submitted. Past�performance information shall include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items�and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and�other relevant information). Offeror shall furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts,�ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with�Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry. Competition and side aside decision may be based on the results of this market research.��Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be�accessed at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ or by calling 866-606-8220.��The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and�exchanging information.
