- This is a Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a new contract for Base Operations Support (BOS) services for the Republic of Singapore. Multi-function support services include basic operating support for activities of the U.S. Air Force (USAF), U.S. Navy (USN), and other customers.� USAF activity is primarily located at Paya Lebar Air Base within the confines of the Republic of Singapore Air Force Base.� USN activity is primarily located at the Sembawang Terminal areas located within the confines of the Port of Singapore Authority Terminal, Sembawang.� Other areas which require support include, but are not limited to, other military and civilian installations within the Republic.� Singapore plays a key role in providing logistics and mission support to the operating forces for all U.S. military forces deployed in Singapore and other key locations such as Diego Garcia.� Base Operations Support (BOS) Services are essential to the maintenance and operation of Singapore.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 (Facilities Support Services). The applicable size standard is $41.5 million. The proposed BOS contract will include the following requirements/Annexes: 0100000 General Information, 0200000 Management and Administration, 0501050 Air Operations (Airfield Facilities), 0501070 Air Operations (Passenger Terminal and Cargo Handling), 1001000 Supply (Material Management), 1401000 Family Housing, 1402000 Unaccompanied Housing, 1501000 Facility Management, 1502000 Facility Investment, 1503010 Custodial, 1503020 Pest Control, 1503030 Integrated Solid Waste Management, 1503040 Other (Swimming Pool), 1503050 Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, 1606000 Water, 1700000 Base Support Vehicles and Equipment, and 1800000 Environmental. Interested sources are invited to respond to the Statement of Interest Questionnaire by using the form provided under a separate file, titled ""Statement of Interest Questionnaire."" No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. However, NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes. All data received in response to this Sources Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
