- The USDA, APHIS PPQ intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price purchase order under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition per statutory authority is 41U.S.C. 253(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1 to Neu-Tec Group Inc to acquire a new version of plate poring machine for Media prep area. �PetriSwiss PS900 A fully automatic Innovative and precise Petri dish filling system. PetriSwiss PS900 cat# BT900000, is a fully automatic Innovative and precise Petri dish filling system. With a filling compacity of 900 dishes an hour with NO label printing. Stores 400 dishes. Comes with a UV contamination safety lamp 253.7nm Discharge table hold 550 dishes. Delivery rate of 600 ml a min. Dosing accuracy of 1%. Suitable dish diameter 89-96 mm, suitable dish height 14-20.5 mm. Graphic display 240 x 128 pixels with LED backlighting interfaces RS232. Receiving shelf for filled dishes Petriswiss PS900 cat # T901370.0 Double tubing set GR.C (tube 8 x 12 mm) with borosilicate glass Y- pieces, including filling nozzle with sliding tube. The Media Prep department currently has the carousal designs filling machine. They are top loading feeder and stacker design which increases the chance of contamination with the sterile media in the petri dishes. We have issues with petri dish jams, dishes cracking not restacking correctly, which causes frustration and lower productivity. The PetriSwiss PS900 has a different body design. It uses a conveyor belt to load and unload petri dishes instead of the carousal design. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive (i.e. non-brand name) procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Please provide past performance and references regarding your ability to provide this supply and service along with your Statement of Capability. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary.
