- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. FURTHER, IT DOES NOT REPRESENT A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF DATA OR ANY OTHER COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This notice of intent to sole source is hereby issued and posted in accordance with FAR 5.201 and under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(2), as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract, for FedDataCheck Contractor Responsibility Assessment (CRA) Application to: PotomacWave Consulting, Inc. 1725 Duke Street, Suite 320 Alexandria, VA 22314 This action is for the procurement of annual subscription services to the FedDataCheck CRA Application.� FedDataCheck uses Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to provide customers with detailed, on-demand customized reports. Specifically, FedDataCheck will provide the FCC with CRAs which will help FCC contracting officers expedite required searches for contract folder documentation.�The base period of performance will be for twelve months from the date of award, with four, twelve-month option years. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements. �Responses should be directed to Nereyda Dunn via email at Nereyda.Dunn@fcc.gov. �The subject line must state �Response to NOI to Sole Source - FedDataCheck� All �responses must be received via email within three calendar days after publication of this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
