- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Ground Ambulance Services at the Puget Sound, WA VA Medical Center. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26023Q0107. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621910 (Ambulance Services), and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This procurement will be competed as UNRESTRICTED, and not set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses or Small Businesses. 3. The intended contract period is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, https://sam.gov. The tentative solicitation issue date is 12/05/2022, and the anticipated closing date is 12/19/2022. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (621910) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award.
