- Sources Sought Notice - W912P923R0014 Landscaping Services THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TARGETING RESPONSES FROM 8(a) FIRMS WHO PERFORM LANDSCAPING SERVICES. The work will consist of site preparation, tree/Herbaceous plant planting, drill seed planting, broadcast seed planting, succession control mowing, herbicide application, fertilizer application, timber stand improvement, timber survey, prescribed burn services, boundary line maintenance, quality control.
