Description

All interested responsible sources shall submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by 1:00 p.m. MST on Friday, December 16, 2022, to include: A detailed description of the firm s experience in the maintenance for Tecniplast rack washer (model number RW900GP) and Tecniplast bedding dispenser model BDS+ UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) number Name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Additionally, all vendors shall have a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) on file or agree to partner with VISN 20 in a BAA. Location: VA Puget Sound Health Care System Seattle division, 1660 South Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108 Veterinary Medical Unit animal research facility building 34. Summaries shall be submitted via email to Nazanin.Kreiner@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NACIS 811210. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents, however; vendor can look for any further information in sam.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be returned.
