Description

Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to issue a sole source award to Stryder Corp. dba Handshake, 225 Bush Street, Suite 1200, San Francisco, CA, 94104 for the acquisition of TES Platform Access and Expert Assist.�This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of 12 months. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: �518210 � Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard of $35.0 Million. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this contract is to improve overall recruitment efforts, mitigate workforce attrition, and support White House and USDA initiatives aimed at building a more cohesive and end-to-end engagement and outreach strategy including a desire to increase representation of underrepresented Americans in the Federal Workforce.� With Handshake Premium, APHIS will increase efficiency in how university relationships are managed, with more effective outreach to candidates nationally based on skills and diversity & veterans initiatives that are critical to an organization�s success. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal NOR a solicitation of offers; However, if any party believes they can meet the above requirements, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the government to determine if the party can perform all the requirements.� A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing and submitted to Margaux Nenichka, Margaux.g.nenichka@usda.gopv no later than 01:00 P.M. on December 12, 2022.
