Description

The Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located at Red Mesa, Arizona 86514 intends to make a sole source award to Perfect Printz for procurement of Multi-Functional Copiers and provide preventative maintenance agreement stated in the attached Statement of Work to be provided to the Four Corners Regional Health Center stated therein. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) continuous months beginning from the date of award. This award will be make in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contract, Perfect Printz, is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required equipment of Multi-Functional Copier machines to include the preventative maintenance agreement to Four Corners Regional Health Center. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competing proposals. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 12:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time (MST), December 15, 2022, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses should be received by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
