Description

Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole sourced ��surgical Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Southeast Veterinary Neurology, Virginia Beach, VA. This procurement is for Military Working Dog (MWD) �Roy� which was deployed downrange and appeared to have neurological issues and presented with unilateral facial nerve paralysis of unknown origin.� Due to the severity of paralysis and damage to the working dog, military doctors recommend referral to Southeast Veterinary Neurology to provide specialty level diagnostics and MRI.
