- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure AIR HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS. The manufacturer is Ortman Fluid Power, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333613 (Mechanical Power Transmission Manufacturing). This procurement will be competed as 100% Small Business Set-aside with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Evaluation Factors. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
