Description

This requirement is for base telecommunications services (BTS) in support of Nellis and Creech AFB NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:� The NAICS Code is 517111 Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a single source requirements contract as authorized by AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901), to Mainstream IP Solutions, Inc. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation or capability statement which shall be considered. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to the listed POCs no later than 20 December 2022 at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Only responses received by this date will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads �Notice of Intent SS � BTS�. Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB.� If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
