Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source Task Order against a General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule contract for Creative Digital Services for�the Department of Defense (DoD) News/Production Directorate.� The estimated period of performance is 6 months (base 60 days, plus four monthly option periods). This task order will be awarded to Excidion Inc.�1934 Old Gallows Rd., Suite #350 Tysons Corner, VA 22182.� This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR Authority 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or service required at the level of quality required because of the supplies or service are unique or highly specialized. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program. For this requirement, Excidion has the necessary capabilities. This service will be provided to DMA Headquarters. All information submitted in response to this notice should support the offeror�s capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror�s bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel the sole source task order. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services. The small business size standard is $30M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
