Description

SYNOPSIS - NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE : This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Department intends to award a sole source purchase order to Time Warner Enterprises, LLC. This purchase order will be a follow on to continue existing Fiber Cable Television (TV) Connect Services with a quantity of 105 locations throughout various areas of US Indo Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) located at Camp Smith, HI. The period of performance (POP) will be 18-January-2023 through 17-January-2024. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code for this requirement is 516210- Cable Television Networks, with a small business size standard of $41.5 million (NOTE- the NAICS was formerly 515210 in 2017). A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. However, responses received by 12:00 PM HST Tuesday 20 December 2022 will be considered.
