Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) intends to NON-COMPETITIVELY award a firm fixed price contract for below referenced service requirement per FAR 13.106-1(b). No additional solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within five (5) days after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: NAVOCEANO has a requirement to procure Advanced Multibeam Sonar Training in support of hydrographic survey operations. Intended Source: Ocean Mapping Training, LLC (OMT) Rationale for non-competitive award: OMT is the only source that has Advanced Multibeam Sonar Training readily available to meet the command's current training needs in a timely manner to ensure individuals can perform their necessary duties and will not adversely impact the command's mission. Anticipated Award Date: 22 December 2022
