General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� New Jersey City:� Cherry Hill Delineated Area:��Point of Beginning: Intersection of NJ-42 and Evesham Rd. East on Evesham Rd to NJ-73. North on NJ-73 until it becomes NJ-90. Continue on NJ-90 to US-130. South on US-130 to I-76. South on I-76 until it becomes NJ-42. Continue on NJ-42 to Point of Beginning Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��17,318 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��18,184 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��Ten (10) Parking Spaces (Surface):��Ten (10) Parking Spaces (Structured):��N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):��Ten (10) Full Term:��10 Years (120 Months) Firm Term:��3 Years (36 Months) Option Term:��2, 5 year (60 Months) options Additional Requirements: If space is not available on the first floor, then offered space must be located immediately adjacent to an elevator lobby, where entry is plainly visible to visitors The building and Offered Space must be easily accessible by the public Space must be within a walkable � mile of public parking Reference project number: 1NJ2197 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).��For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Cherry Hill, New Jersey that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
