Description

The contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, commercial contract utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, For 300MT Sling and Chafing Gear OEM Marine Travel Lift replacement parts in accordance with the specifications in the attached Solicitation. Your quote must show compliance with attached specifications and Brand Names Justification. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 12/15/2022, by downloading the documents at the� SAM website as follows: https://SAM.GOV. DO NOT use the ""submit bid"" button on beta.sam to submit your quote. Please submit all quotes and questions directly to Cody Witz at cody.s.witz.civ@us.navy.mil by 12/20/2022 at 11:00 AM EST The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) cose for this acquisition is 333923. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors are herby notified that the solicitation will ONLY be avalble for download at the above site: this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self certifying that neither the requestor nor the pricipal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges that the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payement of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of Registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligble for award.
