- Update as of 12/15/2022 Please see attached Errata No.1 changing the scope of work from Top-End Overhaul for No.1 and No.2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) to Preventative Maintenance onboard� a Virginia-class submarine. Provide a capability statement in accordance with the directions below if you are interested for this requirement. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources with the capability to provide a qualified on-site representative in support of Top-End Overhaul for No.1 and No.2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) Class onboard a Virginia-class submarine. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 336611. The size standard is 1,250 employees. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements by emailing the contacts listed below. Telephonic responses are not allowed. Capability statements shall demonstrate the contractor's capability to perform the requirements of the HPAC maintenance to include providing systems certification for the HPACs and for the attached specifications.� This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals or quotations. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any interested party that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written capability statement. Telephonic responses are not allowed. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten pages) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in this Technical Description. Documentation should be in bullet format. Capability statements should include the following: 1) Business name and address; 2) Name of company representative, business title and email; 3) Large or Small Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable); 4) CAGE Code; 5) UEI Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the equipment required are invited to submit a response to this Source Sought Notice by 09 DEC 2022 at 1000 hrs HST. All questions and responses regarding this notice must be emailed to the contacts listed in this notice.
