The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 561210. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Base Year: February 18, 2023 - February 17, 2024 Option Year 1: February 18, 2024 - February 17, 2025 Option Year 2: February 18, 2025 - February 17, 2026 Option Year 3: February 18, 2026 - February 17, 2027 Option Year 4: February 18, 2027 - February 17, 2028 ITEM #1 ISO11731 Legionella Test materials for 600 individual samples Test materials shall include return packaging and shipping ISO11731 Legionella test analysis for 600 samples ISO11731 Legionella test analysis results for 600 samples made available in an online database ITEM #2 PVT THAB Total Bacteria Test materials for 150 individual samples Test materials shall include return packaging and shipping PVT THAB test analysis for 150 samples PVT THAB test analysis results for 150 samples made available in an online database Test materials will be ordered on an as-needed basis via email from the COR to the company representative The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the supplies/services that fulfill the required specifications.
