- This is a Synopsis Notification (Intent to Sole Source).� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to only one responsible source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and 13.501(a)(1)(ii).� ""Only one responsible source"" is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product and / or service and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government's requirement.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Audio-Video Corp. (AVC) � � � � � � � � � � � � � � 213 Broadway � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Albany, NY 12204-2729 This is a renewal requirement for a Customer Care Warranty Agreement between the US Military Academy and Audio-Video Corp.� The renewal is in support of a pre-existing warranty that covers the audio / video / electrical work and services that were done under Contract# W911SD19P0248 for the Riverside Caf� at West Point.� The current warranty expires on 02/23/23.� The renewed warranty will be for a 1-year period from 02/24/23 thru 02/23/24.� � �� CLIN 0001���� VENDOR:� Audio-Video Corp. (AVC) PART#:� AVSG_CCA_YEAR_4 REQUIREMENT:� AVC Customer Care Warranty Agreement � JOB# 8805 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:� 02/24/23 thru 02/23/24 LOCATION:� Riverside Caf� � West Point, NY QUANTITY:� 1 Year This is a 100% set aside for Small Business with NAICS Code�334310; SBA Size Standard�750 employees. This is considered a sole source to AVC because all of the equipment, parts, components, and services that were purchased, installed, and processed under Contract# W911SD19P0248 were purchased only from AVC and installed solely by AVC-trained Service Technicians.� As such, according to AVC, the warranties will be voided if any of its equipment, parts, or components are serviced by any other source - or - by Service Technicians that were not trained or certified by AVC.� This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available.� However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement.� Evidence must clearly show the parties experience with servicing video / audio equipment - and - permission from AVC that allows the Service Technician to fulfill any warranty agreements on AVC�s behalf with no voidance of the current warranty (* INFO WILL BE VERIFIED *).� All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:� 1.� Full Company Name and Address 2.� SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) 3.� CAGE Code 4.� TAX ID# (aka �EIN� or �TIN�) 5.� NAICS Code(s) (see NAICS Code Qualifier above) 6.� Business Size (""Large"" or ""Small""� must be stated on your reply) 7.� Company POC, Email, Phone# 8.� Proof (no exceptions) - -� a.� Capability statement that shows you are well experienced with servicing, installing, and repairing audio / video equipment - and - you have written permission from AVC to service its equipment, parts, components with no voidance to its pre-existing warranties.� � A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Any information received will be considered solely for market research purposes to determine a competitive procurement.� Responses must be submitted via email only by the No-Later-Than (NLT) closing date and time stated below.� Telephone responses or requests will not be accepted.� Generic responses for the sake of soliciting a response - or - submitting queries that clearly shows you have not fully read everything that�s posted will be considered as �Non-Responsive�.� Please submit all documents and responses to jorge.l.acevedo4.civ@army.mil by NLT January 2, 2023 (Monday) @ 12:00 PM (EST). �
