Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation:� quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923R70092976 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Canine Heat Alarm Systems. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 01 December 2022. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside, and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610 - Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies. The anticipated delivery date will be 60 days from award. The Government intends to award a competitive Firm Fixed Price, five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) from this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to change this contract type as needed.
