Description

This is a notice of intent to award a brand name contract. The award is to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), �Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available."" The contracting officer has determined that only one brand, Cantel Medical Co. is capable of meeting the requirement without the Government incurring significant additional costs. The Department of the Air Force has a requirement for Cantel for (1) one Medivator (Advantage Plus) Endoscope Reprocessing System.
