- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Warren Communications News, Inc. (UEI: F6NCTCRN6KS3) for Communications Daily and Communications Litigation Today Subscription Services.� This effort will provide the FCC Library a one-year subscription to Communications Daily and Communications Litigation Today publications, available for use throughout the FCC.� The period of performance for the proposed contract action is 02/01/2023 � 01/31/2024.� Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source., the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Any challenges to this sole source requirement must be in writing and shall include sufficient information to enable the Government's needs as stated herein.
